We are very sorry to hear of the problems that you had during your stay. We understand that you spoke with the owner at the end of the week but do please let us know if you have any difficulties as soon as possible so that steps may be taken to rectify any issues during your stay. We are very pleased to see that the cottage grew on you through the week and do hope that any shortcomings in it’s presentation did not detract too from your holiday.
I would recommend booking through Discover Scotland. I have used their services for a good few years and have never been disappointed.The cottages are always 1st class.
