We do need to take monies immediately to secure your holiday. This is not for our benefit as we do not receive commission until much later.
I understand that you received the paperwork on Thursday which was sent out first class on Wednesday. We do not send out paperwork immediately as we triple check everything to make sure it is correct. The ladies in administration have been working flat out to get the documents out as soon as possible but have been a little behind.
What we can learn from this is that we need to be telling our customers when the payment will come out and when the documents will be sent out so they are not left wondering when they will arrive as has happened in your case.
