Hello, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I am sorry you have still not received the doors and have had two delivery dates where this has not happened. We have the goods shipped direct from our manufacturers warehouse to ensure a swift dispatch and they book in the deliveries directly with the customers so, I am disappointed to hear that has not happened. I will be honest this is the first I have heard of any issues with your order therefore, I can only apologise for the inconvenience this has caused. Hello, Firstly, I can only apologise for the delay to your order. I have had a look into this and it looks as though we did not have stock of the product in our Edinburgh based Warehouse so, we had this brought in from the manufacturers who are based in Leeds. This arrived and was dispatched all within the lead time but unfortunately, we have been let down by our courier DX who sent the goods to the wrong depot as you have been advised therefore, I can only apologise this has happened. This has not been brought to our intention until we have chased your order on your behalf which is why we are only finding this out now. I can assure you we do care and we feel just as let down as you do by this service. We expect our deliveries to be done to a high standard as we would as if we were delivering ourselves. I will ensure this is one of the first things my colleague does tomorrow morning, if they have heard nothing by close of business today and make sure we get an update for you ASAP. Hello, As you will know it was myself who dealt with the complaint made. Based on the imagery and information provided, you had informed us that Zinsser was used to finish the doors. We have previously been informed by Zinsser that their products are not suitable for our external range as they are not hi-build or microporous which it states to use in the finishing guidelines supplied with the door. On this basis we believe the product in question has not provided adequate protection to the door causing the issues you have incurred. Emma Assistant Manager
