Hi Annette, thanks for this, really useful. It sounds like the grease proofs were doing more harm than good and they're the least necessary part of the steamer - glad you found a way round it though. We're going to do some testing based on your feedback to see if we can lose the grease proof paper completely. Thanks again, this is exactly what this service is for.
