I purchased my annual insurance online. It was straight forward and easy to do. It’s price is competitive and bonus that in 60 days I will receive a Debenhams voucher to spend in store! 😃
customer service operators are disinterested and reading from a script. no human understanding. price differed greatly from advertised price. promised shopping voucher not recieved.
