Poor service received. The lengthy recorded message before actually speaking to a sales representative is extremely time consuming. Had to make 3 phone calls to get my policy.

I tried to arrange the policy online but the site kept freezing.

Page crashed a few times in the process, but was easy to follow and complete. Also, offered a voucher (which is great), but you have to wait. Would be nice to have it quicker, so could use to buy...
