Your initial order being despatched on the 23rd July to the address which you supplied.
Apparently the address which was supplied is incomplete which is the reason for your order being ‘lost in post’
Hopefully the Royal Mail will return this consignment to ourselves. This may take in excess of 21 days. Upon receipt we will credit and refund your account.
