From the garage door snapping on one side, calling theme up, to it being fixed took just 4 hours. Replaced both side of mechanism and now works a treat. Very friendly and polite too.

Nice and quick
Surprised that they could resolve my problem same day.
Nice chap, polite, informative and just got on with the job once he'd ascertained he had correct fittings.
