Not to good an experience

You never give me a quote until 2 - 3 days before policy is due for renewal.each year it goes up by a horrendous amount..last year I wanted certificate by post 12 months later I still didn't have...

Thank you for your review, I am sorry that you have had cause to complain about the service you have received from us. I can see that your renewal was invited on 22nd May 2023 which was due on 13th June 2023 which we would consider to be in good time, and paper documents were sent in the post 5th June 2023.
