We are sorry that you are unhappy with the way your claim has been dealt with, we have no record here at Coversure London East of speaking to you about this, so we must assume you either dealt with the claims team at FMG (Coversure Claimsline) or the insurers. At renewal this year, it came to light that they your insurers to re-open the claim due to the Third Party not accepting liability, this has obviously affected the NCB and renewal premium. We are pleased that you still chose to renew your policy with us in October 2023 even though you have experienced these issues and if we can be of any further further assistance, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
