So easy to arrange online and reasonably priced

They didn't cover my reasonable claim. Extra flight and hotel expenses when ships engine failed, and alternative boat had different schedule.

Filling in the health section is laborious, I had a heart attack in 1997 and have never had another. I found the questions were too general and in places repetitive.
