Pick up your game with marketing offers to loyal, repeat customers.
Purchasing insurance online is convenient and mostly easy. I’m a repeat customer, travel overseas usually twice a year.
It’s frustrating to purchase insurance and AFTER THE FACT receive emails...

Service was good. The extension of my cover was easy to arrange.
Your automated email requesting feedback had not been amended so I received it half way through my trip which was a waste of time....

Costly.
Costs rise too high when selecting basic medical preconditions.
I had to increase my cover to include extra family members so was pleasantly surprised to be able to do it with others cooling off period at no charge.
I had to alter my travel plans and needed to cancel my policy and take out a different one. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that I could do it at no charge within the 21 day cooling off period.
