Reasonable price and efficient

When I injured myself overseas I had good support from Covermore to get upgraded so I could elevate my injured foot

I didnt require it and didnt make a claim so I have no opinion on the matter.

The service provided by Cover-More was fine setting up the insurance.The holiday was cancelled due to family/medical reasons.A claim was submitted and all I have received from the claims department...

Why are you asking for a rating? I have not made any claims on my policies so far. In my view, the performance of an insurance company can only be judged in light of the response to a claim.

The process of buying, clarity of conditions and past trusted history

Due to hospitalisation, I had to cancel my trip and hence my travel insurance. The customer service person was sympathetic and efficient in cancelling my policy and speedily organising my refund.

I needed to add one extra existing health item. The operator was helpful & efficient.
