They followed up Emirates airlines who only provided a pathetic refund for a flight I missed due to circumstances outside my control. Cover-More fully refunded the remaining difference.

Easy to use cover, that is easy to use and even on the rare occasion that I had to make a claim was easy and efficient in the process of the claim. Would highly recommend for long or short trips!!

I am elderly and prefer person to person. I do buy my insurance on line. I have recommended Cover more to my Granddaughter both she and her friend purchase before they went to Hawaii in November.
