Could not say. Could not travel because of coroner virus

We haven't been any where yet our travel is not until September 2020 it may be cancelled due to the corona virus , we will rate you after we know what lies in the future and your response to it...

It was easy to read and apply for this insurance. As we had no cause to make a claim we cannot comment on this part of the insurance cover.

Simple on-line process. Never had to make a claim yet, so I can't really comment on their service. Now used them at least 8 overseas trips.

Easy to biild the plan. Dropped a star because i have contacted them by email asking if i can amend the travel dates. No response. Infact thry should loose 2 stars. Ad i am a regular customrr

There is a mismatch between what the policy covers and what is printed out as evidence of the policy cover. Am uncertain what I am and am not covered for.

Poor at best. They didn’t follow up and I’ve still no idea if I will be reimbursed. Guy on phone (Tim) seemed like he wanted to be somewhere else! I am in a lot of pain and I won’t die but covermore...
