the date advised in our claims advice is when the Volcano erupted and was all over the news. After this date the event is no longer considered unforeseen so if taking out a policy from this date there is no longer provision to claim. We put up our advices onto our website very quickly, more as a matter of confirming this and it's usually put up the same day as the event, or as close to this as possible.
