Zero response, still trying to cancel a policy from within the cooling off period. Worst customer service ever - do not use!

Although I purchased the insurance I never used it as my holiday was cancelled due to Covid-19. Did not think to cancel my insurance as had so much going on and never got a reminder from Cover-More...

We have insured with Cover More before & their service was excellent. Easy to do on line.
