PDS is not clear. I thought that I was buying Medibank Private.

I bought cover on the web thought i bought cover to cover an expensive item and when it got stolen found out i had bare minimum cover and lost the lot thanks for nothing

Thank you for providing this feedback. We do encourage our customers to closely read the Product Disclosure Statement before purchasing and then before travelling to ensure the cover meets their requirements. We also have our customer service staff available on the phone to explain what our customers are and aren't covered for if they need further clarification.
Average performance. But no choice when dealing through a travel agent
Very slow in settling claims. Several claims submitted on 15 September 2016 still not settled. Poor communications with claimants. One claim paid into bank account with no email advice of payment...
