Selecting a suitable policy was reasonably straight forward online but as I didn’t need to make a claim I can’t comment on that part the service

What can I say...I have been purchasing travel cover for many years but have fortunately never had to make a claim. I will feel better equipped to comment should that ever become necessary. I...
signed up and got cover easy but we all know the real test is when you need to claim something and touch wood on both accassion we have not had to make a claim

Not enough clear itemised items you are covered for.
It would be nice to have a list of what you are covered for.A clear and neat list would be fantastic.
I have purchased travel insurance. The money has gone from my account but I have not received an email with the details. I have raised a question with them and not recurved a response.
