Bad! Took out cover for pre existing conditions, customs lost my medication, I paid $60o overseas to replace and they wouldn’t cover it.

I have peace of mind that I have travel insurance but If I make a claim will my thoughts about their service be any different?

A very simple process when applying for travel insurance. Comprehensive cover that includes pre-existing medical conditions. Very reasonable pricing for the risks covered. Easy to read policy wording.

Coverage was of no use. Airline cancelled flights . Connecting flights had to be rebooked. Insurer would not pay any payment to cover nor would airline .

Overall fast, efficient and friendly service. However when I had to make some changes later the tele-person could hardly understand English and made several mistakes.
