Excellent service with a tricky purchase

Countrywide was very good about making the process of buying our property less stressful for us. It was a very professional service.

Poor follow-up, had to repeat information way too often, all the information that was needed was not requested at the right time. The associate who did the work had obviously very poor supervision.
