Still waiting on delivery 10 days after purchase, I rang & emailed, was told there was a mix up with my eircode, I don’t know how as I’ve used this service previously, communication very poor

Hi Dennis, thank you for your feedback and apologies on the delayed delivery, the haulier has confirmed delivery on Monday 24th, they have apologised for issues but still waiting full detail as you outlined we provided full Eircode and contact numbers as per previous orders. We have been assured it wont happen again but any future orders please don't hesitate to contact us straight after placing and we will pre-empt the haulier to ensure no delays.
