Cotswold Outdoors use Evri for a delivery which is not cheap, my delivery was retrieved from a neighbours garden even though I was in all day !! Try using DPD or tracked Royal Mail.

I had to wait 20 minutes to be served by an employee as it was super busy in there. I do think self service scan checkouts would have speed up the process of checkouts. The chair had to be packed up...
