Not impressed with their Clinical person. She didnt really try to see why I wasn't happy with the trial period. Just accepted I didn't want them. So Im back to my previous hearing aids and thats ok

The service from Mitch was wonderful, he couldn’t have been more helpful. The only reason I ended up purchasing from Costco was price.
