We are very sorry for the late arrival of the charm. However please note that as announced on our website we were closed on 21st and 22nd of April for religious holidays.
Furthermore on 28th April and 1st May we were closed for local bank holidays. This means that actually the article arrived with 7 working days as advertised. Nevertheless we are sorry that it did not arrive in time for the birthday.
