Generally they deliver a good customer service but frequently the bags of coal are split. Also this time the delivery driver pulled the door of the coal storage container and didn't mention it to me....

PROMPT DELIVERY AND NOTIFICATION DAY BEFORE WAS VERY HELPFUL.
Could not use discount code on web site, rang direct explained problem, i was told i would get return call, this did not happen, had to ring again to ensure discount was applied.
