Not responsive enoughg

Poor response and not there to answer the phone. They have to be pestered and reminded. Tenant stole my bed and they did not notice.

Not sure

New tenants are found and problems sorted but we sometimes ask questions which go unanswered which is disappointing. And sometimes issues raised by tenants not drawn to our attention.
