booked via phone - Christina Freer was excellent. Sadly Aer Lingus issued the tickets incorreclly (Mr/Ms issues etc) but Christina is working on sorting (thanks Christina!!)

We booked online and we found the same holiday online despite the click and go saying we would not find cheaper i dont believe the statement "if you find it cheaper we will refund the difference" as...
