Person I dealt with over the phone was very good and made it easy for me to understand everything
The website has a huge amount of relevant information that is easy to follow and compare products and the rep who called me knew what he was talking about and was able to compare products and advise...
Was ok. Difficult process with irrelevant questioning that prevented moving forward. Once overcome it seemed ok. But frustrating to deal with.
