I am not impress with the service
Still waiting for him to ring my husband at 4 yesterday an was surprosed to ring my son at 12 today to set there policies up .
So rang real ourselves

Customer service lady was so amazing. It was all explained in normal terms, I love that I now know my pet is covered if anything happens to her in the future.
