I'm sure you can see and appreciate that this was out of our control and at the time of your order we were experiencing extreme weather (snow) which unfortunately disrupted our courier service. We are extremely proud of our service to our customers during our 10+ Years and I'm sure you can see from all our other feedback comments from our valued customers we have a great and very respected history. This issue could have and would have been easily resolved but at times (luckily very occasionally) is out of our control.
