Joke!!

Was given the price on the Internet,when arrived they wanted to take money off the price given because it didn't have a battery??!!

Thanks for providing your feedback of our service. In order to quote you the best price for your vehicle we require that it is complete and intact with no major mechanical parts missing. When the vehicle was booked in our team checked again to ensure that the vehicle is complete and intact and we weren't informed that the battery was missing. However, as you are a local commercial customer we waived the standard reduction for a missing battery and honoured the original price we quoted.

Great experience on the phone and at the garage. I didn't get the name of the chap who's done the paperwork at the garage in Rugby but he was of excelent customer service. Highly recommended.
