Thanks for your feedback regarding your experience and rest assured this is an isolated incident as evidenced by our general feedback received. However, we have to hold our hands up when we have under-delivered our service and unfortunately this occurred with your collection. Some vehicles are collected on our behalf by a third party. These are collected using multi or single vehicle transporters. Due to a transport issue, the third party were unable to use their standard transport, but didn't want to let you down. This resulted in the atypical attempted collection by a 4x4 and trailer. The collection time resulted in your same day payment missing the cut-off for all vehicle payments to be sent to respective bank accounts, resulting in us paying you today and not Friday (as requested). In an attempt to rectify our error we waived the £8 same day payment fee. Please accept our apology and rest assured this will not happen again, should you need to use our service in the future.
