Good but could be Greater.

The chair I bought arrived the very next day. It was very well packed. I haven't given them 5 stars because the chair is actually damaged and although I contacted them, no one contacted me back.

Well chair back came with visual damage and then the replacement was dusty and arguably in worse condition so maybe be more careful with chair providers
