I am sorry for this, I have looked into this and we did come back advising we were happy for you to return the chair and that we would need it boxed or you could package in in another way just so we could have a courier collect. We also advised that you could return it yourself. We did then not hear back from you until this review.
Excellent service - easy website to navigate and to make a purchase. Competitively priced. Delivery was super quick and product was as described. Would highly recommend.
