Delivery was longer than anticpated and no update provided as to what was happening so…

Thank you for your review. Due to your location I am afraid that this does carry an additional charge and we do state this on our FAQ's and terms and conditions. The couriers charge the additional amount for Scottish highlands and we just charge you the additional of which we are charged. Jamie Welch
