Petty the discount wasn't automatically applied

I'm a long term customer of Chauce O'hara and wouldn't have expected to push so hard to receive the discount that they were obviously ok to give. Background: I'd been thinking for a few years that...

Thanks for the feedback. Sorry to hear that you feel that the service was a little lacking regarding the rate on your insurance. The Insurers do provide the rates and we try to ensure these are competitive. I am pleased a member of staff gave a discount to retain the business, despite the rate set by Insurers. They appear to be competitive but I have never had to make a claim so I cannot judge that aspect. However they send me an annual reminder and they do not pester me for services I do not want
