Good experience in the renewal process

Insurance Policy went through again without any issues/concerns, goo communications and get early information before new policy is required, payment of policy also no comcern.

Everything has worked pretty smoothly in terms of purchasing, renewing and updating the cover over the years. I have not had to make a claim (fortunately), so I can't comment on that aspect of it.
