Hi There,
Thank you for taking the time to review your recent order with us.
Unfortunately, the information pulled across in our product spec is correct in the sense that it tells you the volume of the first listed cartridge.
If you click on the item, the image shows the volume of the PG Black cartridge along with the 7ml x 4 for the remaining units in the pack.
Our pricing remains very competitive on this, and indeed, all of our products.
Apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Very fast service and cashback available. Easy to find the right cartridges on the website.

Hi There,
Thank you for taking the time to review your latest order with Cartridge Monkey, and sorry to hear you have had issues with the delivery.
If the address has a registered safe place, then this should be adhered to by the driver. We will feed this back to the courier via our courier liaison team.
Next time you need to place an order, give us a call, and I can ensure a delivery note is added over to the driver at our end, to action the note on your door.
Apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.
