Overall good service and delivery. However, I had ordered sawn timber joists expecting sizes to be as given on website – received planed down timber so had readjust all my measurements!

Must do better.
I ordered 20mm ballast, they delivered sharp sand. I asked for 10 bags of cement, they delivered 11. Promptly remedied the following day, so not all bad.
