First of all , I never ever asked you for a discount, you only reduced the price because the hotel you put forward on the Costa brava didn’t have any parking which I had to find out for myself and the hotel you switched it for was cheaper . I don’t believe you offered us room options , I don’t call the only room in the roof of a hotel with no windows a standard room , I’d call it sub standard , the hotel near Ainsa didn’t serve food on a Sunday and the only restaurant in walking distance was fully booked so we had to drive 5 miles to eat. We have stayed in many Paradors but they oare now not value for money compared to prices in regarding eating and drinking in Spain.All of the hotels we stayed at were fine apart from the two with a room in the roof with no windows , in fact the first one in Urdax was the best and nicest room and if the Wi-Fi had worked it would have got nine out of ten, The parador Lieda was in an area we didn’t feel safe going out at night . The devil as they say is in the detail
