Wonderful service the girls were so helpful at Gateshead they answered all our queries we have been on quite a few trips and not one complaint

Professional and efficient Newcastle on Tyne
The man who did the booking etc was very good and efficient. He answered all the question we asked and any requests re bath etc in hotel he detailed the necessary information.
