Honest service when booking
Easy to do good customer service
Trip was applied by the food on the hotel came late and took two hours to serve in the entrance hall.
The food was not to the standers I expect from your trips

Thank you for your email the trip was great good driver comfortable bus
The food let the trip down the food was from a frozen package choice of two items not cooled very well the pudding arrived a long time after the main course served in the entrance hall
The trip was on the flying Scotsman

Great holdays
Quick and easy to acsess and do . Lots of holidays available although harder to get rooms for solo travellers. Also single supplyments i feel are wrong .

Bon Marche lovely clothing at a reasonable price.

Disappointed and let down
I booked my trip early this year and it was cancelled due to lack of customers
The next option was £100 more each but there was no offer of helping with a discount
