Booking 3 day trips in person at the Caledonian Shop in Glasgow.
Member of staff was very helpful, patient and kind. The member of staff made the experience of booking the day trips very easy.

Straight forward with the exception of not owning a mobile phone which was requested and not allowing me to list that. I had to use the 2nd persons phone number to complete the booking
