Customer service very good very helpful staff when booking your holiday.
Buses very clean and comfortable, drivers pleasant and helpful.
Hotels so far been good with good variety of food on offer.

lorna has been very helpful with emails and chats. Have had no problems.
I would recommend them after my holiday in August. I also recommend them to be very helpful for group holiday.
