I love going on caledonian trips the drivers are nice also the staff at the call centre . Nothing is a bother to any of them whether they are driving the buses to answering calls

Send emails to the correct person so not to cause confusion!!!!! & the whole point of booking a mystery break was that we didn't know where we were going but you then spoil the mystery part by...
