The booking I made was by phone and the girl I spoke to was extremely helpful. She called me back quickly after checking hotel for single accommodation. Very happy with service from her.

I love going on caledonian trips the drivers are nice also the staff at the call centre . Nothing is a bother to any of them whether they are driving the buses to answering calls
