The rep was very helpful and was aware of our requirements. She carried out the booking efficiently and explained everything to us to our satisfaction.

Great service no problems at all

The coach was clean the driver was fantastic and it was a great drive.

Coach and driver were fantastic but the hotel was of a very poor standard. Limited food choices,worn decor and very noisy ...even on the third floor.

We were disappointed that the holiday we wanted to book had been cancelled so we had to choose another holiday but we didn't receive any help or suggestions of similar holidays with the same dates...
