Thank you for taking the time to post your review. You can book holidays with us at travel centres, over the phone (open 7 days a week from 8am - 8pm), or online. The code you were sent relates to your banking provider and is a security feature of theirs - this is in no way related to us so we are a little disappointed to have received a 1 star review on the back of the issue you encountered with your banking provider on this occasion.
