Easy to book
The booking process was so easy to follow. Would recommend using caledonian travel as you know exactly where to be picked up and what time. Any updates are sent beforehand giving plenty of notice...

Very efficient
I had to phone up to book as I needed a single room for one of our party and to request a ground floor room for another. the call handler was very helpful and professional .
